Ragnarok and Twitter

Yesterday was so hot and scorching. Today is a little bit better and I can feel the summer breeze. Now let us dive into the today's topic.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Have you ever heard of Ragnarok before? If so, you might be a huge fan of online games. Ragnarok is an online RPG (Role-Playing Game) that earned huge success not only in the Korean market but also in many Asian countries. The enormous popularity of Ragnarok is indicated by the number of its users who are willing to pay to play the game.

Yesterday, the CEO of Gravity announced that it opened a Twitter account so as to communicate with its users. Game users can freely express their opinions regarding the game to the administration department via Twitter. Moreover, if there are great ideas to improve the game, they also can send their creative ideas through Twitter. The administration body will review those suggestions and finally reflect them into the game if they are good enough.

Gravity is planning to carry out many fun events through Twitter. Gravity's move is under the spotlight of the public because until now no game companies have come up with their own Twitter accounts. Ragnarok is again going another step forward in terms of its customer relationship management.
