   Today's topic might seem banal at the very first glance. However, it is meaningful to go over what benefits companies can expect to gain from actively engaging themselves with social media marketing.

 

   Before we go on, we need to make one thing very clear: social media marketing is not about selling products. It is all about making solid relationships. Later, these relationships will prove to be very useful because sincere social media marketing can ultimately lead customers to purchase certain products. Again, the very focus of social media marketing never lies in selling goods. It is rather a secondary purpose.

These evangelists now become your biggest assets. They constantly make buzzes about your brand and your products. They might post articles on their blogs or social networking sites (such as, Facebook and Twitter) to tell people how content they are with your brand and your products. There is no expert in social media. Relationship there is very horizontal. Everyone can become experts in their own fields that they are interested in. Undoubtedly, people listen to these experts' remarks. This is when social media marketing can make you money.

 

   5. Spontaneous and Immediate Feedbacks

Thanks to the rapid development of social media channels, you can communicate with you customers almost real time. You can answer their queries real fast. Customers feel that their questions are being taken seriously and are answered quickly. This again helps companies establish solid relationships with customers.
