Samsung이 Galaxy S에 대해서 정말 공격적인 마케팅을 펼치고 있습니다. COEX에 가보면 정말 어딜가나 Galaxy S 광고가 붙어 있는데요. Galaxy S의 2번째 광고가 최근 공개되었죠. 음성 인식 지원 기능을 어필하기 위해 남녀관계를 재미있게 사용했네요. Galaxy S를 사용하면 생활이 Super Smart해진다고 하는데요. 점점 후속 광고를 기대하게 합니다.

야후 소셜펄스!
안녕하세요! 요즘 좀 뜬금했죠? 개인적으로 바쁘다는 건 100% 거짓말이라고는 볼 수 없으나 핑계에 불과하니까 그냥 너그럽게 용서해주세요:) 오늘부터 다시 열심히 달리겠습니다! 내일부터는 매일경제에 아침 일찍 가서 SNS 전문가 양성 특강을 듣게 됩니다. 매일 후기를 올리도록 할께요^^

요즘 스마트폰 춘추전국시대라고 하죠? iPhone 4G, VEGA, Galaxy S 등 수 많은 스마트폰들이 국내외 시장에서 쏟아져 나오고 있는 것이 사실입니다. 이렇게 스마트폰 경쟁이 치열한만큼 우리 소셜네트워킹사이트(Social Networking Site, SNS)들도 치열한 경쟁 구도를 보이고 있습니다. Facebook, Twitter는 물론 다양한 종류의 SNS들이 우리들의 관심을 받기 위해 엄청난 노력 중에 있는데요. 오늘 제가 소개할 SNS는 Yahoo!의 소셜펄스입니다.
그럼 소셜펄스의 기능들을 하나씩 소개해드릴텐데요. 소셜펄스의 기능 하나하나가 소셜펄스만이 가지는 장점이라는 생각이 드네요^^
1. 소셜 네트워크 통합관리 용이
소셜펄스라는 이름에서도 알 수 있듯이 야후!의 SNS는 주머니와 같은 존재입니다. 여러가지 SNS들을 연동해서 사용할 수 있죠. 현재 Facebook는 쌍방향 연동 활용이 가능하며 Twitter는 현재 tweet확인만 가능하지만 머지 않아 쌍방향 연동 활용이 가능하게 될 것이라고 합니다. 이렇게 한 번에 3가지 SNS들을 활용할 수 있는 것이 바로 소셜펄스의 장점이라고 할 수 있죠. 여러가지 SNS 계정을 만들어야 되는 시대에 이렇게 통합서비스를 제공하는 소셜펄스가 나름 차별화에 성공했다고 생각합니다.
2. 고해상도 사진 업로드 및 무한 사진 저장
Flickr처럼 사진에 설명도 달 수 있고 또 원본사진을 고해상도로 볼 수 있다는 장점이 있습니다. 특히 싸이월드의 경우에는 용량에 제한이 있어서 국내사용자들의 불만이 많았죠. 이러한 불만을 어느정도 해소해주네요. 특히 우리나라 사람들은 사진에 구구절절 이야기 다는 걸 좋아하니까 말이죠^^
3. 개인 맞춤 연동 서비스
자기가 자주 찾는 사이트를 등록하면 업데이트가 있을 시 자동으로 알려줍니다. 이 기능 매우 마음에 드네요. 소셜펄스만 한 번 들어가면 여러가지 소식을 손쉽게 접할 수 있을 것 같아요.
과연 야후!가 야심차게 준비한 소셜펄스가 성공할까요? 너무 강력한 주자들이 앞에서 지키고 있긴 한데요. 한 번 기다려보자구요:)

Smart Phone Generation

Today's topic is a smart phone. Nowadays, we are inundated with smart phones that compete with each other fiercely in the market. iPhone of Apple, Galaxy S of Samsung, XPERIA from from Sony and so on. People say that the smart phones are changing our society. My question is how did change our lives? What impact did they have on us? Let us talk about that today.
Experts say that most people will have smart phones in their hands by 2013. Smart phones are currently widely distributed among people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. Thanks to the craze with smart phones, software industry is now booming. App stores are new business models that were introduced in accordance with the development of smart phones. Smart phones also being connected to social media, allowing people communicate with each other whenever and wherever they are.
Smart phones are fundamentally changing the lifestyle of our generation. That is why experts say we are smart phone generation. We can reach abundant information and social networks real-time. We can experience reality without the limitation of time and place. Experts say we are always "ON" thanks to the smart phones. Smart phone generation is smart. Thus, traditional marketing methods can no longer appeal to this smart phone generation.
Smart phones liberated people from physical limitation. People can always connect to the Internet if they want to. They also prefer mobile social networking services which are more powerful at distributing their messages. They rely more on the on-line information than the off-line one. They mash up media, merging different media into a new media. They like mobile games that are light to play and can enjoy with people from all generations. These are some of the characteristics of the smart phone generation.
As you can see from the aforementioned examples, smart phones are changing the society on a more fundamental level. If you do not have a smart phone with you, you should consider buying one for your future.
